Breezy Williams from Downers Grove, IL said :HI. i eat at Bacci's all the time. normally i go to the Bolingbrook, IL location, but i work near the Downers Grove, IL location. i love the food. however, the service was awful. there was one young lady who was rude to the customer before me and also me. i work in customer service so i NEVER try to make another worker's job harder than it has to be, however this girl was very rude i tried to ignore it and she continued with her arrogance and rude-ness over and over and i had to let her know. i didnt get her name but she was a young slim caucasion (maybe italian) lady with dark hair and she was extremely rude,not just to me but the customer ahead of me also.
