While I was not expecting much from today’s lunch, I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The gravy was far superior than I am used to and made the dish much more tangy. The rice was sticky yet soft and the chicken had just the right amount of spice and flavor. Combined with the excellent addition of cashews instead of the only standby-peanuts, I say this dish is a whopping success! I give it a 9 out of 10. Since I was only expecting a 6 or 7, I would recommend this to anyone wishing a quick, tasty meal. Watch out for the delivery boy though, he seems a little rough around the edges….
